The Business Owner should have regularly scheduled inspection and maintenance servicing to ensure that their Kitchen Fire Protection System is always operational and capable of extinguishing an unexpected Kitchen Fire. The Semi-Annual Inspections of Kitchen Fire Suppression System Equipment and Integrated Devices is to ensure that the Kitchen Fire Systems is not damaged and will function properly when it is necessary to fight kitchen fires and save lives functioning as designed. These Inspections, Testing and Maintenance tasks are essential to a Restaurant, Mobile Kitchen, Food Truck or Concession Stand to maintain Fire Code Compliance should only be conducted by a Licensed Fire Protection Services Technician.

The Quarterly and Annual Inspection will include Visual and Physical Inspections or all of the Fire Suppression System’s Equipment and Integrated Devices to ensure that the system is not damaged and functioning as designed. These Inspections, Testing and Maintenance tasks are essential to a business becoming Fire Code Compliant and are to be conducted by a Licensed Fire Protection Services Technician.

FIRE HYDRANT INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE & CERTIFICATION SERVICES
All Fire Hydrants are required to be inspected by a Licensed Fire Protection Professional on an Annual and a Five (5) Year Schedule to ensure Compliance with NFPA Fire Code Regulations. The Annual Fire Hydrant Inspection consists Visual and Operation Inspection of the Hydrant Components ensuring the Valves, Stems, Caps, Seals and Threads are Operational, Lubricated and Undamaged.
The Annual and Five (5) Year Fire Hydrant Inspections will include Visual and Physical Inspections or all of the Fire Hydrant Equipment to ensure that the system is not damaged and will function as designed. These Inspections, Testing and Maintenance tasks are essential to a maintaining a Fire Hydrants Fire Code Compliance and are to be conducted by a Licensed Fire Protection Services Technician.

- 36″ Cleared Space Surrounding the Fire Hydrant
- Standpipe Outlets are 14″ – 24″ Above Grade & Accessable
- Hydrant is Marked/Colored & Easily Located in Emergencies
- A 75′ 1 1/2″ Hose on a Rack or Reel or in a Cabinet Marked “FIRE HOSE” in 4″ High Contrast Lettering.
Five (5) Year Fire Hydrant Inspection
- Fire Hydrant Water Flow Test
- Barrel Size or Riser Diameter Measurements in Inches
- Water Flow Measured in Gallons Per Minute
- Residual Pressure Test Measured in Pounds Per Sq Inch
